This fanciful piece was born out of a Dreamtime experience the artist had of visiting a far away land, perhaps from another dimensional realm of existence. It is part of a series of works he developed using a technique to float a 3-D image onto the surface. When one looks at the double boxes in the lower right, allowing the eyes to cross, a third image appears to float just above the surface with the three dimensional illusion of volume. The vivid colors and intriguing subject lends itself to stimulated imaginings on the part of viewers.
